"The venue is perfect if you are looking for a picturesque mountain setting that is able to accommodate a larger wedding and want to host several different events over the wedding weekend. We had many out-of-town guests, so we wanted one venue capable of hosting a rehearsal lunch, welcome reception, and wedding ceremony/reception. Over the weekend our guests enjoyed the ease in which they could get to Vail Village and Lionshead. Some took advantage of the free shuttle, while others enjoyed the recreational path right along the river. For our rehearsal lunch, the Mont Blanc room provided an intimate setting. The food was spectacular. 130 people attended our Welcome reception in the Gore Foyer and were able to utilize both indoor and outdoor space. Our ceremony was held in the garden, where we had views of the mountain and the river. Our guests then enjoyed the beauty of the Gore Terrace for cocktail hour, which boasted similarly stunning views to the garden. The Zermatt Ballroom fit all 157 of our guests and had its own private deck and natural light.

Ceremony Venues

Villa Christina Garden Pavilion

Gore Creek Garden

Featuring a professionally manicured lawn with a backdrop of towering aspens, Chairlift 20 and the calming sound of the Gore Creek, our ceremony garden provides the ultimate mountain wedding ceremony experience. The Gore Creek Garden can accommodate up to 200 for a ceremony.

Gore Creek Terrace

Our Gore Creek Terrace boasts an extremely versatile space, and can be used for multiple functions from ceremonies to cocktail hours, welcome receptions to farewell brunches, and more. Featuring heated concrete floors, the Terrace provides a perfect space for a winter wedding ceremony for those who prefer their backdrop blanketed in white. The Terrace can accommodate up to 120 for a ceremony, 90 for a seated event, or 150 for a reception.

Reception Venues

Zermatt Ballroom

Freshly renovated with warm hues of blue, gray and white, and lined with floor to ceiling windows on the far side of the room, our Zermatt Ballroom provides the perfect indoor venue for your wedding reception. Natural light floods the room during the afternoon hours, and a private balcony with portable heaters provides a wonderful space for guests to step outside for a breath of fresh mountain air. Our Zermatt Ballroom can accommodate up to 160 guests with a dance floor for a wedding reception.

Gore Pavilion

Our Gore Pavilion boasts 4,800 square feet of bright, open, versatile tent space. It can truly be transformed into whatever vision you had in mind, from a hanging chandelier of flowers to simple market lights sprawling across the ceiling. The tent features moveable walls that can all be opened up to make the tent feel like a true outdoor venue. The Gore Garden Tent can accommodate up to 300 guests with a dance floor for a wedding reception.

Cascade Ballroom

Elegant and spacious, the Cascade Ballroom is the ultimate venue for larger celebrations. Hand-made chandeliers tower from tall ceilings, while neutral hues create a warm environment in the room. With over 6,000 square feet, there is plenty of room to dance the night away.

Plated Classic and elegant, guests are seated and served a three or four course meal consisting of either single or duo options. This style of service allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence, giving you the opportunity to choose each course in advance.

Personal Preference allow your guests to personalize their dining experience. Treat them to an elegant four course meal. You choose the appetizer, salad, and offer your guests to choose their entrée, table side with their server the night of the celebration.

At Hyatt, we pride ourselves on amazing menus and guest experiences. Our Wedding Packages and pricing will be customized to your vision and budget, giving you the flexibility to either upgrade your menu, or leave out certain components to save costs. Typically, pricing starts in the $ 85.00 ++ per guest range.

Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial non refundable deposit is required to confirm your date, along with a signed contract.

Enhancements

Little touches can enhance your wedding– from late night snacks, to next morning brunches, to gift bags delivered to your guest rooms. Allow our team to embellish your experience with delighters to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations

A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guest rooms for two nights must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Rehearsal Dinner

Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces. We will help you customize a menu and other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.

Family Brunch

The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room or semi-private area in our Restaurant with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.

Parking

Our hotel offers convenient Valet service for you and your guests staying with us at $40 per vehicle, per night. Parking can also be arranged for attendees of the wedding that are not spending the night with us, please inquire for details.

Tasting

With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day! Luckily we provide a complimentary Tasting of our delicious Wedding Menu Selections for you, your fiancé, and two additional guests prior to the big day.
